Cancellation & No-Show Policy Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to providing exceptional service. To ensure availability for all clients, the following booking policies apply: Appointment Cancellations • We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service amount. • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost. No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in the inability to book future services. Late Arrivals • If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. • Arriving 15 minutes late may require shortening your service time to avoid delaying other clients. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a same day cancellation and may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Deposits & Booking Fees • Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. • Deposits will be applied toward your service total. • If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours, the deposit may be forfeited. If the deposit amount is less than the applicable cancellation fee, the remaining balance may be charged to the card on file. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
